Central States Region (CSR) Super Cups Announces 2014 Season Results

ADDISON, Ill. - Jan. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Harvard, IL – January 11, 2015 – Central States Region (CSR) SuperCups announced the season results and gave out awards for the 2014 season at their annual banquet held at K1 Speed in Addison.

The 2014 Central States Region (CSR) Super Cup Champion is: Dallas Frueh #9 from North Aurora, IL. Frueh also won the honor of being the Illinois State Champion.

Central States Region (CSR) Super Cups 2014 Rookie of the Year is Zachary Tinkle #53 of Park Ridge, IL.

This year’s CSR 2014 Super Cups Most Improved Driver award went to Zayne Feller #19 of Camanche, IA.

The comical Toilet Bowl Award went to Lindsey Wonderling for the multiple mechanical issues and bodywork issues for the #66 Sydney Wonderling team.

The CSR 2014 top 10 drivers in championship points (in order) were:

Dallas Frueh #9, Jamie Domski #13, Steve Naples #4, Amanda Bohn #6, Zachary Tinkle #53, Maggie Struthers #16, Zayne Feller #19, Mike Naples #59, Sydney Wonderling #66, and Brody Hays #37.

The 2014 Top Qualifiers were: Dallas Frueh, Jamie Domski, Brody Hays, Derek Doerr, and Jaden Fryer.

CSR President, Steve Naples commented, “I’m very proud of our series. We have attracted a group of drivers and teams that are competitive while also being supportive of each other in the pits. We are developing talent that can compete at the highest levels of stock car racing. This year’s top drivers are no different. Expect to see great things from them.”
