Jan. 9, 2015 - PRLog -- With the employment rate for recent graduates suffering, startup businesses like Adlet, located in Swansea's TechHub, provides a beacon of light for graduates interested in the potential of working alongside startup businesses.   Adlet launched in May 2014 and provides a platform to allow bloggers and social media influencers to accept advertising while providing businesses with a new marketing opportunity.  Adlet are successfully expanding their team, recently employing Swansea University graduate Kristy Lear, along with soon-to graduate Swansea University student and current intern, Chloe O'Connor. Adlet is also looking to expand the team further with a web developer.   Adlet now have hundreds of users signed up, working with huge brands such as Coca-Cola who sponsored Adlet after CEO, Emma Coles, won the Global Startup Battle in 2013.   Emma says 'With Adlet growing rapidly I am delighted to be able to add both Kristy and Chloe to the team. Their skills, knowledge and enthusiasm are great assets to the business and will allow us to grow even faster in the coming year.'   Adlet also hosted Wales' first blogging event, BlogConf, in October 2014. Due to BlogConf's high success rate, it will be heading to Bristol at the end of February and return to Swansea later this year.
