The School of Royal Yoga Inc. announces Open Your Heart with Yoga

CHESTER, N.J. - Jan. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- The School of Royal Yoga Inc. announces that they will be offering a free special class on Opening Your Heart with Yoga Sunday, February 8^th at 4:00 pm.

This special class is being offered by The School of Royal Yoga to experience opening your heart with yoga.  This class is open to anyone from ages 12 and up!

Director, Sara Carapezzi says “This is a great opportunity to come and enjoy a yoga class experiencing a peaceful time.”   Mrs. Carapezzi also added “Yoga strengthens the physical heart, but on the emotional level opens the heart to compassion, peace and joy.  Come and experience how Yoga can bring balance to every aspect of the heart!”

Yoga is for everyone!  Our style is gentle, yet strengthening and helps you to develop flexibly and balance.  Classes are available at The School of Royal Yoga for anyone ages 6 months to Seniors!
