MCL Kicks Off New Business Study

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - Jan. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- MCL & Associates, Inc. (MCL), a leader in Business Process Improvement (BPR), today announced the the kick-off of “What I Wished I had Known” Business Survey.. The survey instrument, located on MCL’s web site, free to the public, continues MCL’s efforts to transfer vital business management skill-sets to the small-business community..

“We are hoping that the Business Community will actively support MCL’s effort to broaden to better understand the pitfalls of first-time entrepreneurs”, commented Chief Operations Officer, Mark Lefcowitz.

The purpose of the study is to identify critical small business knowledge gaps that are not currently being addressed adequately. While this study makes no pretense at being scientific in its approach, it is hope that it will lead to random sample surveys in the future.

The results of the responses will be published at no cost too the business community and the public.

The questionnaire page will be be held open for 30 days, through February 8, 2015
