Award-winning Culinary Lineup for Dallas’ 5th Annual Symphony of Chefs Fine Dining Event, Feb. 23

DALLAS - Jan. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- The KidLinks Foundation is hosting its fifth annual “Symphony of Chefs” fine dining event on February 23, 2015 at the Hilton Anatole, Dallas. Each year the event has sold out, providing funding of therapeutic music initiatives for critically ill and special needs children across North Texas and the United States. The KidLinks Foundation has raised nearly $4 million at its two annual events since its inception in 2001.

Symphony of Chefs attendees will experience an evening of fine dining like no other, starting with a cocktail reception featuring an intimate performance by members of the Dallas Chamber Symphony, followed by renowned area chefs each preparing a five-course dinner tableside exclusively for a table of 10. The chefs will create their own menu, select complementing wines, and interact with table guests while preparing their gastronomical masterpiece.

This year’s culinary lineup is a who’s who of Dallas-Fort Worth’s restaurant scene. Symphony of Chefs is honored to have famed restaurateur Mico Rodriguez hosting a table, as well as renowned chefs Chad Houser (Café Momentum), John Franke (Whisky Cake), Brad Phillips (Asador), Francesco Farris (Zio Cecio Cucina Italia), and many others.

Event Co-chairs are Bonnie and Nathan Shea, and Summer and Jeff Olmstead. Chef Chair is Chef Salvatore Gisellu.
