GURGAON, India - Jan. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- Priority assisted one of our US based client in understanding the current adoption and expected growth trends of risk management software used in Indian banks

Client Objective:

One of our US based clients wanted to understand the current adoption and expected growth for risk management software in Indian banks. The client was looking at a company that makes enterprise risk management and trade risk management software for banks.

Based on a detailed questionnaire provided by the client, Priority had to conduct ‘telephonic’ or ‘one-on-one’ interviews with the Senior Level Executives involved in the Decision Making process of the procurement and installation of the Trade Risk Management Software as well as Financial Enterprise Risk Management Solutions.

Priority approach:

To begin with, Priority initially generated a list of ~150 contacts with the aim of completing #10 telephonic and face-to-face interviews with decision makers at #10 Indian banks.

The targeted respondent category included the Senior Level Executives of the banks such as the Chief Risk Officers, Senior Risk Managers, Compliance Managers, Compliance Directors, Treasury and Risk Department Heads, Head of Group Risk Analysis, Operational Risk Manager, Senior Risk Executives. The assignment aimed at targeting the Major global banks (HSBC, Standard Chartered etc.), Regional banks with presence in more than one country (Axis Bank etc.), Large Indian (domestic) banks (State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank etc.) and Smaller Indian banks (Karur Vysya Bank, Catholic Syrian Bank etc.)

Spate of interviews scheduling followed through myriad calls made to the banks to get hold to the correct respondents and frequent e-mail exchanges with the identified respondents to finally get a slot for a detailed discussion with these busy executives.

Value Proposition:

Priority came in touch with the Zonal/Regional/Corporate Offices of the key financial institutions across India and set up meeting appointments with the top notch executives of this niche department. Owing to the fact that these executives are not easy to catch up with and/or open to speak with Market Research firms, Priority used innovative pitches to win the confidence of the respondents, at the same time not pressing upon them to reveal anything confidential.

Priority accomplished the feat within the stringent timeframe of One Business Week, yet again proving that we can perform beautifully well even on challenging tasks, in short notices and tight deadlines.

Key Project Highlights:

Over #10 Primary Interviews conducted with Senior Manager level respondents in more than #10 Major Global Banks, Regional Banks, Large Domestic and Small Domestic Banks in India within a tight time line of #1 business week
