Bradley J. Bartolomeo has more than 7 years litigation experience in labor and employment law, alternative dispute resolution programs and litigation defense.  His areas of expertise include among others, Title VII discrimination actions, whistleblower and retaliation claims.  Representing management, Mr. Bartolomeo has handled cases at the administrative, state, and federal court levels in both New York and New Jersey, and through ADR.  Mr. Bartolomeo is dedicated to partnering with clients to reduce litigation expenses, proactively prevent employment claims and enhance employee performance.  Mr. Bartolomeo is a graduate of the Benjamin N.
