Indianapolis, IN – The leaders at Lake Shore Marketing recently promoted two individuals as a result of successful sales incentive programs. To further propel the firm’s forward momentum, these programs will continue.

The company’s leaders will be starting the initiative in January 2015. “We want to push people after the holidays and get the New Year off to a great start,” explained Drew. With its unique approach that inspires both competition and collaboration, the challenge is designed to keep associates both engaged and motivated. “I think the programs we have integrated have pushed the Lake Shore Marketing team to grow and network more than ever.”

As the year draws to a close, Drew and the Lake Shore Marketing team have much to be pleased with. “I am extremely proud of this team,” Drew smiled. “We’ve all grown so much this past year, as individuals, as professionals, and as an organization. I think we’re just getting started though, and with this new sales incentive program I know that 2015 is going to be our best year ever!”
