Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort Celebrates Elvis’ Birthday With Costume Contest on Jan. 10

LAS VEGAS - Dec. 31, 2014 - PRLog -- What:     Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort (LVSSR) will host a special celebration in honor of music legend Elvis Presley’s Birthday on Saturday, Jan. 10. Skiers and snowboarders of all ages who dress up  in an Elvis costume will receive a special $20 lift ticket rate for the day and can enter a contest to become 2015’s “King of the Mountain.” Lift tickets must be purchased in person at guest services. The Elvis costume contest winner will take home a $100 voucher; second and third place  winners receive a $50 and $25 voucher respectively. Vouchers can be used toward a season pass for this season or the 2015/16 season. The contest is open to men and women of all ages. Contest judging will take place on the patio of the base lodge at  2:00 p.m.
