Adams, Totino Tedesco, Claremont Headline Comics Creators At Wizard World Portland Comic Con

PORTLAND, Ore. - Dec. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Neal Adams (“Batman,” “Green Lantern”), Julian Totino Tedesco (“X-Treme X-Men,” “X-Force”), Chris Claremont (“Spider-Man,” “The Avengers”) andDean Haspiel (“Bored to Death,” “Billy Dogma”) headline the roster of more than 130 top comics artists and writers attending Wizard World Portland Comic Con, January 23-25 at the Oregon Convention Center. The event is the second on the 2015 schedule for Wizard World, Inc. (OTCBB: WIZD) and the third annual visit to Portland.

Other standouts in Artist Alley include Ethan Van Sciver (“Green Lantern,” “Justice League”), Arthur Suydam (“Marvel Zombies,” “Army of Darkness”), Kurt Busiek (“Astro City,” “Iron Man”), Kevin Maguire (“Justice League,” “Batman Confidential”), Paul Gulacy (“Valkyrie,” “Star Wars”), Joëlle Jones (“Ultimate Spider-Man,” “Adventures of Superman”), Christos Gage (“Buffy,” “X-Men”), Colleen Doran (“Sandman,” “A Distant Soil”) and Michael Golden (“Batman,” “Hulk”).

In addition, all full-price Wizard World Portland Comic Con attendees (weekend 3-day, VIP and single-day admissions) will receive a limited edition exclusive variant cover “The Walking Dead” comic, drawn by one of Wizard World's talented artist guests (to be announced shortly). Comics will be issued at registration while supplies last and VIP attendees will receive an additional black & white sketch version.
