Jones, “We chose to open a facility in Rosarito, Baja California, due to its proximity to our Southern Calfornia headquarters, and due to the ease with which we can ship our product from that location. Tecma was chosen as Coastal Closeout’s service provider due to its knowledge of Mexico’s business environment, and the quaity of the recommendations that were provided to us regarding the level of the companies’ service.” About Coastal Closeouts Coastal Closeouts, Inc. (dba West Coast Rags) was founded in June of 2009 by three seasoned used clothing vetarans, and is in the business of recycling textiles. CCO and its subsidiary West Coast Rags, separates used clothing into several different categories and, subsequently, exports it to Central & South America, Asia, Middle East and Africa. The company occupies a 42,000 square foot facility and employees 18 people in Vernon, California, as well as a new 50,000 square foot Baja California facility.
