Local Fitness Expert to Hold His 8^th Annual Transformation Challenge

Mississauga, Ontario- On January 5^thGranville Mayers, owner of Mississauga’s top Fitness Bootcamp, will host the 8th annual Mississauga Body Transformation Challenge’- a 12-week fitness and weight loss challenge, where results are guaranteed.

“The purpose of the challenge is to empower and motivate people  to reach their fitness goals, recapture their bodies and feel great about themselves and their accomplishments,” explains Granville , a certified fitness professional and founder of Athletic Leaders , a fitness boot camp designed to change your life through smart training, education, and clean eating.

“Most people especially moms spend their time taking care of others and inadvertently put their own well-being on the backburner.  My goal is to help moms and all of the contestants take care of themselves and through this 12-week challenge, I will hold participants by the hand and show them exactly what they need to do in order to achieve permanent results.” Contestants will follow the Athletic Leaders Lifestyle Plan and receive 12 weeks of nutrition and counselling and training.

Challenge winners will be determined not only by their physical transformation but by a brief essay about the impact that the Transformation Challenge and their accomplishments have on their life. Altogether, over $1500 worth of prizes will be offered to the winners of the event. The grand prize for the challenge is 500 to the best female and 500 to the best male, and a professional photo shoot and 500 to the best team. Other prizes include 3 months free training, gift certificates, massage therapy, as well as an undisclosed prize that all participants will receive.
