LOS CABOS, Mexico - Dec. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Recently the Los Cabos Secretary of Tourism shared a wonderful post on Facebook about new flights to Cabo.  The post was a collection of information gathered from multiple airlines which recently expanded and introduced brand new routes to SJD, Los Cabos International airport.  Cabo Viejo Luxury Estates & Spa knows that this news is going to be very well received amongst its member base.

Several of the new routes offer flights direct from the east coast, including New York City and Washington DC.  The new routes have been added to account for the increased demand for Los Cabos.  Cabo has become a major hotspot over the last decade.  Being in such close proximity to so many US and Canadian cities has really helped elevate this once quiet fishing village into an Internationally recognized destination.  Cabo also enjoys over 330 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature in the winter months of 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cabo Viejo Luxury Estates & Spa owners have already seen a tremendous amount of happy responses to posts regarding these new airline routes.  Among the new routes added, the most popular is Delta’s new weekly service from JFK New York International airport.  United has also added a direct flight from Washington DC, which greatly reduces travel waits due to connecting flights.  Houston, an already popular departure destination to Los Cabos, has received another flight on Southwest, which just recently broke into the International Market.  Southwest also announced a flight from Baltimore, which will be added to SJD.  After just recently flying the first international flights to SJD and CUN (Cancun) the popularity has exceeded expectations, thus the very popular carrier Southwest has added these new routes.
