SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - Dec. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Fight Fans Lock it into The SnP Show Saturday Dec 27th at 2pm mountain time with Syndee and Poetrynmotion. Talking and debating the latest MMA news. Special guest WMMA fighter Jessica Pryor will be joining the show as well.

Jessica is an amateur fighter turning pro in her next fight. She is from Sacramento, Ca and moved to San Bernardino in 2007 for school and Taekwondo and just never left.

Pryor's athletic career started at age 7 in the sport of gymnastics, which she trained and competed for 7 years then moved on to competing in swimming for a couple years and track and field for two years in high school.  It was after she was finished with track and had some free time, that martial arts came in to the picture.

Her mom has always been very adamant about keeping her and her siblings, three of them, active in sports and extracurricular activities. She was 16 when her mom decided she would enroll her and her brother in Taekwondo.  She trained for a few years earlier and realized the benefits of the art and knew it was the best next step.  Jessica was very relunctant for the first few months of training and wanted to quit, but mom knows best and made her stay in it. Two and a half years later, Jessica tested for and achieved her black belt  Need less to say, Jessica's love for the sport had grown and she was able to compete in the 2008 Olympic Trials.

Pryor then moved to San Bernardino for a couple years, met some amazing people who helped her be able to travel internationally to continue competing. By 2010, she began working at UFC Gym as a one on one coach and fitness instructor.  Jessica won her third national silver medal in Taekwondo that year but was feeling the want/need to move on.  She began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at UFC Gym in  2011 and year and a half later, achieved her blue belt.  During that time she was able to compete in and won the USAFPA trials to go to Athens, Greece in November 2012.  There, she won gold in the World MMA Championships for that organization and her desire to compete in MMA grew.
Pryor had a total of 4 MMA fights (3-1), counting Greece, and she is very much looking forward to pursuing her professional MMA career.
