Kelsey grew up in Niles, Ohio, and was receiving her higher education there. During that time, she participated in the marching band, as well as speech and debate. Not only does she bring previous career experience to our team, but her education and participation in extracurricular activities instilled in her a strong work ethic and a team-focused mentality. She has fit in beautifully with our group, and her favorite campaign so far is for a luxurious day spa.

Launch Local, Inc. is constantly growing, so our team members understand how important it is to set goals that align with our firm’s values and position it for long-term success. Of course, Kelsey has several of her own career objectives. When discussing her role in our organization, she indicated, “Moving up in the company and seeing growth opportunities really motivates me. We are especially impressed with Kelsey’s growth as a leader. She inspired all of us. On this very subject, she stated, “To motivate others, I tell them it’s all about them. We’re great at setting goals here and as long as someone knows we’re looking out for them it will really motivate them.”
