I can vividly remember this one time, on Christmas Eve, my father locked the keys inside and we had to call a locksmith at around 7pm on Christmas Eve. Make sure to ask your friends, family and coworkers if they have had a positive locksmith experience and take the name and number down of who they used. Keep it in your phone so that way should an unexpected emergency ever arise your forward-thinking will pay off.
