Silicon Bay Partners Forms Strategic Alliance with Madison Trust

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Dec. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Silicon Bay Partners, Inc., a holding company established to acquire and develop new leading edge technologies as well as promising early growth stage companies within the Software, Internet, Mobile Applications, and Real Estate sectors, announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with New York-based Madison Trust.

A full service IRA custodian and fund administrator, Madison Trust will guide investors through the process of utilizing retirement funds to purchase shares in our Private Placement offering, according to Randy Hucks, Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Bay Partners.

The IRS allows an IRA or 401(k) to acquire private equity without losing any of their great retirement tax benefits, he said.

In October Silicon Bay Partners announced its intent to close a Private Placement of up to 20,000,000 shares to raise gross proceeds of up to $10,000,000. Each share will have a purchase price of US 50¢ and will consist of one share of preferred stock.

Proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for product research, acquisitions, capital expenditures and working capital. The minimum required investment is $10,000.
