Hytrol Conveyor Reconstructs Integration Partner Seminars

Dec. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc., manufacturer of advanced conveyor systems, controls, and solutions, announced the reconstructed education seminars for integration partners to strengthen the company’s service to customers.

Hytrol’s unique relationship with integration partners allows the company to provide a great advantage to the customer. The integration partners integrate equipment with other technology solutions to fit customers’ needs.

Jonathan Noell,  Hytrol’s Customer Training Specialist, explained the goal of the training programs is build strong relationships with integration partners and customers while helping them to better apply, sell, use, and maintain Hytrol products.

Noell commented, “We are always looking for ways to improve our products and services to meet our customers’ needs and that includes our training program. Feedback from seminar attendees, our IPs, and from inside Hytrol helped to identify the direction we wanted to go with our seminars and ways that we could improve.”

Noell described the charges to the program was to increase attendee’s engagement. “The changes have been to make the seminars more interactive and learner-focused. By keeping the attendees more engaged physically we hope to keep them more engaged mentally and therefore increase the amount of knowledge that is retained. The activities in each seminar are designed to match real-world scenarios and give the attendees the experience they need,” noted Noell.
