Broadway Star Liz Mikel Performs at Beat Brasserie!

BOSTON - Dec. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- WHAT:On Monday, December 29th, 2014 Beat Brasserie, located in Cambridge’s Harvard Square, presents a one night only performance by the impeccable Broadway and TV sensation, Liz Mikel from 8:00PM to 12:00AM.

Having been in the business for over twenty years, Liz is currently starring in the American Repertory Theater’s (A.R.T) production of O.P.C, drawing attention for her soulful voice and larger than life personality. Her past credits include a starring role on Broadway’s Lysistrata Jones, for which The New York Times praised her performance as “commanding,” and she’s opened for nationally renowned recording artists including Erykah Badu, Branford Marsalis and Isaac Hayes. In addition to her starring role on “Friday Night Lights” Mikel’s on screen credits include Ruthie Jenkins in “Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins” “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty,” and guest appearances on “LAX,” “Prison Break,” and “Past Life.”
