Enjoy fireworks and live music by popular local band Soapy Tuna, along with a buffet featuring five entrees: slow-cooked baby back ribs with housemade BBQ sauce, BBQ pork sandwiches on brioche bread with chipotle coleslaw, grilled chicken quarters with honey mustard jus, prime rib of beef with horseradish cream au jus and grilled salmon with mango BBQ sauce.
