Sudhir Choudhrie’s Alpha G:Corp bags CSR Initiative of the Year Award at Realty Plus Excellence

DELHI, India - Dec. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- ‘Let’s Make Amritsar Sparkling’, a drive by Sudhir Choudhrie’s Alpha G: Corp Management Services (division of AlphaOne), was recently recognized as the CSR Initiative of the Year at  the 6th edition of the Realty Plus Excellence Awards held at JW Marriott, Delhi on 10th September, 2014.

Proud of this latest achievement, Prodipta Sen, Executive Director Alpha G: Corp said, “Such recognition encourages us to deliver our finest while fulfilling our commitments. Behind the mass success of this civic initiative are well-designed systems and processes that incorporate best global practices, transparency, a value-driven approach, community-centric values and a strong sense of responsibility.”

With the focused ‘Swacch Bharat Abhiyan’ stressing on cleaning up the nation, cleanliness has reached a greater level of consciousness amongst the government and masses.  The ‘Let’s Make Amritsar Sparkling’ is another such value-driven approach which aims at community centric values and a strong sense of responsibility adding to the idea of a ‘Swacch Bharat.’

Throughout the drive, volunteers from the AlphaOne Amritsar team enlightened the locals on the value of a clean society. The primary agenda was to revolutionize general understanding of hygiene at the grass-root level.

This eco-friendly endeavour by AlphaOne also educated people about the scope of possibilities and facilities available to them for fostering a collective sense of ownership towards higher levels of cleanliness.

Another addition to Alpha G: Corp’s list of CSR drives is a community-based campaign titled, ‘Say No to Drugs’ which flagged off on 14th November, 2014.  The campaign, in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Hospital, took on substance abuse as a societal problem by generating awareness and administering counselling sessions for the same.

Geared towards creating better civic hygiene and environmental awareness, AlphaOne certainly is at the forefront of all the three pillars of modern life- business, social and culture.
