Pircher, Nichols & Meeks Announces Hire of Stephanie J. Kim As Of Counsel

CHICAGO - Dec. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, a national real estate law firm with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, announced Stephanie J. Kim has joined the firm as of counsel in the Chicago office. Kim’s practice will be focused on retail leasing.

Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks,Kim was a partner at Arnstein & Lehr LLP in its real estate practice group, where she represented owners and tenants of shopping center, retail, data center, office and industrial properties. In this role, she prepared and negotiated lease documentation, assisted with property management issues, and advised clients regarding a broad range of real estate matters. She has also represented developers, property owners and purchasers in the acquisition and disposition of office, commercial, industrial, vacant and residential properties on a local and national level.  Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr LLP, Kim was a real estate associate at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP.

Kim is involved with several professional organizations, including the Commercial Real Estate Executive Women of Chicago and the Korean American Bar Association.
