Chisom cordelia ozigboh-lee to launch “Our Girls” film about nigeria girls on kickstarter

NEW YORK - Dec. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- New York, NY - DECEMBER-2014- The “Best Icon Productions” announces to launch “OUR GIRLS”. The film follows the story of 300 girls were kidnapped from a high school in Nigeria. The school was set on fire. Some girls escaped, over 200 still missing.

Our mission is to use this film to empower the ‘escaped’ and the ‘still missing’ girls and their families and for you to team up with us in discouraging terrorism. This film is a way of keeping pressure and spotlight on the missing girls and to mobilize people around the world to join us in saying “Bring back our girls”

This film is very important because it exposes the atrocious and dreadful experiences of these girls in the hands of the terrorists. These ‘Islamic’ militants have demolished entire villages to ground zero, slashed men to death and killed women and children as they slept. Our team has conducted an extensive research and one on one interview with some of the people directly affected. Some of the girls’ parents have taken ill and some died of heartbreak. Some escaped girls and their families still deal with the physical and psychological trauma this experience has caused. Some suffer from incessant nightmares and sleepless nights.Some of the girls have refused to go back to school because it reminds them of the abduction, However, their plan was to achieve their dreams through education but now they live in constant fear.
