New Max & Dylan’s Menu at Papagayo Charlestown

BOSTON - Dec. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- (Boston, MA) – Chris Damian, Chef/Owner of the Legendary Restaurant Group doesn’t expect you to eat Mexican food every day. Damian’s restaurants include: Scollay Square, Max and Dylan’s, Burger Dive, Sip Wine Bar, Avery Provision and Papagayo, the Mexican concept restaurant with four locations.

Customers in the Charlestown, MA neighborhood in which one of Damian’s Papagayo restaurants operates told him that they loved his restaurant, but they needed more variety and that they didn’t want to eat Mexican food every day. Rather than waiting for the next time they had a craving for Mexican fare he decided to implement a non-Mexican additional menu from his modern American concept Max & Dylan’s. “I love Mexican food, otherwise I wouldn’t keep opening Papagayo’s, but my customer’s told me they were going elsewhere because they didn’t want to eat Mexican food every day and I totally get it. I think you can take a hardline with your concept, or you can realize you’re cooking for the people in your neighborhood and do what it takes to make your customers happy, so that’s what we’re doing. If it is received well we may implement it in all Papagayo’s,” said Damian.

The Max & Dylan’s Menu at Papagayo was developed from customer feedback Damian and his team gathered over the past few months. The menu will be in addition to the regular menu and features American classic fare from Damian’s other concept. The menu will include numerous starters and fresh salads, sandwiches, burgers, several entrees and of course various Mac n’ Cheese dishes, which is one of the signature dishes of the Max & Dylan’s concept.

The Max & Dylan’s Menu at Papagayo begins December 17th, 2014 at the Charlestown, MA location located at 1 Chelsea Street and will be available in addition to the regular menu all day.
