New Year's Rendezvous at Tryst

Dec. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- This New Year’s Eve, guests can wine, dine and ring in 2015 with a rendezvous at Tryst, the award-winning restaurant and lounge located just minutes outside of Boston in Arlington, MA.

Executive Chef Paul Turano will offer a special three course, prix fixe New Year’s Eve menu for only $45 per person. Guests can begin with favorites such as Kale & Brussels Sprout Salad with toasted hazelnuts, parmesan & Verjus vinaigrette, and Griddled Salt Cod Cake with bacon, sunny side egg, winter greens and grainy mustard vinaigrette before indulging in entrees such as Bacon Wrapped Berkshire Pork with figs and vanilla scented parsnip puree, Lobster Stuffed Fluke with sherried lobster bisque, and Roasted Lamb Steak with cauliflower gratin, honey-glazed carrots and minted jus.

Toast the New Year with Tryst’s craft cocktails including the Mistletoe made with egg nog, Godiva white chocolate, vanilla vodka, Kahlua ($12), the Winter’s Tale Mojito with Cachaça, Chartreuse, lime, mint & cranberry jam ($12) and the Apple Cinnamon Toast with Bacardi Rum, Apple Pie Moonshine, apple cider, ginger beer & cinnamon ($11). Tryst’s New Year’s Eve menu is $45 per person, and will be offered exclusively on Wednesday, December 31st, 2014 from 5:00PM to 11:00PM.
