Residential, Ranch, Farm Sales Lead Lifestyle Real Estate Market in September

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Dec. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Land sales continue to show strong growth and stability in 2014. United Country is reporting a large increase in land sales volume driven by a 77-percent rise in ranch sales during the month of September versus 2013. That said, the largest segment of United Country’s business, residential property (representing 65 percent of total sales), was an even bigger story in October with an increase of 57 percent versus the same time last year.

Farm sales volumes also continue its nearly 5-year record momentum, showing an 18-percent increase versus last year. Land sales overall were 8 percent higher than 2013.
