A core advantage is that Olhausen uses a proprietary pure gum rubber cushion—also made in the USA—called the Accu-Fast cushion. As a result: Accu-Fast plays better longer. One reason why is that Accu-Fast cushions are 100% bonded to the table rail.

Another key Olhausen feature is its use of T-Nut construction with eight to nine threads of holding power. These T-Nuts eliminate hollow voids behind the cushion and stops the cushion from becoming unglued.

Another beneficial difference is the finish. After time, many competitors’ table finishing may start to yellow, crack or ‘spider web.’ By contrast, Olhausen uses a UV catalyzed finish that looks natural, can be finished to your liking and resists scuffs, marring and yellowing.
