HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Dec. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Breaking News
LAHD Goes into vendetta mode. And harassed Property owner Soap Star, non relenting.  Soap Star has to finally file a restraining order because of Illegal Harassment, and retalitory behavior...  and leads the fight  Exhaustingly  in Landlord rights in Southern California.

Here are the details of a story that needs to be exposed on the national media.  Recently a landlord who was being harassed by the Los Angeles Housing Department took them to court and won A landmark lawsuit.   This caused the LAHD to go into vendetta mode against this housing provider.

Earlier this week, the LAHD brought in the Health Department and the LAPD to building on south Alvardo street near Pico.  Just about every tenant in the building had a sign on the door stating that they were deny entry to all.  They did not want anyone from the city of Los Angeles entering their apartment.  The LAHD ignoring the tenant’s civil rights, brought in a locksmith to disable the lock and enter the apartment.

Imagine how these tenants felt when the first person in the door with a Police Officer followed by five inspectors who went through the apartment as if they were looking for something illegal involving the tenant?  Have we gone back in time and it is now the early 1950’s when local government did whatever they wanted to minority people?

Well… they’re going to do it again this coming Monday, December 15, 2014 at a Historic apartment building in Hollywood at 830 North Van Ness. (sometime between 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM)  This is going to be a huge story.

The bottom line is that a city agency is angry with someone who beat them in court and in return the renters will have city officials barging into their apartments with a warrant.  Did any of these people ever hear of the U.S. Constitution?

During a time when Police are getting a bad image nationally for what they do on the street, in Los Angeles they are taking it one step further and coming into private residences without the legal right to do so.  We have video footage of what happened a few days ago, it is available to the media.  When you see it, you will think that we now living somewhere behind the iron curtain.

For a legal explanation of this situation, you may contact the landlord’s attorney. Mr. Thomas Nitti at 310 393-1524
