A Model Management Company and a Holistic Company Couture for a Cause

NEW YORK - Dec. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- D’Avelly Model Management and G-Fit collaborates to create Couture for a Cause to unite fashion, health, and music to raise funds for educational technology for children with special needs on Sunday, December 21, 2014. This fashion charity event will be held at Toshi’s Penthouse in NYC. Models will strut down the runway wearing collections from celebrity designers Michael Cherry, Kevin Shahroozi, Riche Lux, S.O.C. Loudlife and Camilla J. Couture. There will be special performances by Yut and the Hot Four, Airian Cook, Jay V Nova and Don Dinero. Couture for a Cause is sponsored by Drink Up NYC, Gee The Creator, Make up by Dawnelle,The Hustle Barbershop, Mission, Bonnet Couture, Get ‘Em Gurlz, Poyzen TV, Eventsy and Sue Fearless. Music will be played by DJ KEP for the night.

Couture for a Cause is a fashion charity event that will raise funds for educational technology for children with special needs while also promoting awareness of their plight. Children with special needs are a heavily underrepresented group of the general population, especially in the Black and Latino communities. They are affected more in our communities than others because of the shortfall of sensitivity, lack of education, and wanton disregard for the well-being of our children from many administrations. As you can see the gravity of this issue has brought together a holistic company and a modeling agency to educate people while attempting to remove the stigma surrounding these children. Our Goal is to use silent auctions to raise enough money for Educational Tools to be provided to schools. Not just any schools - but those who provide for Children with Special Needs.
