Il Villagio Cheese Recipe Contest Celebrates Italian Cooking

Dec. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Il Villagio Cheese is offering hundreds of dollars in cash and prizes to participants in its annual recipe contest.

The contest will reward Italian inspired holiday dishes featuring the famous cheeses of Italy listed on the brands website http://www.ilvillaggiocheese.com/

Il Villagio imports of artisan Italian cheeses that are sold in grocery stores and super markets throughout the United States.

Recipe contest participants are free to submit any appetizer, entrée or dessert recipe. A panel of culinary experts and Italian cheese industry professionals will judge all entries based, in part, on originality and presentation.

Those who enter are eligible for a grand prize of $1,000. Second and third place entries are worth cash prizes of $250 and those who submit recipes the panel selects as best appetizer, entrée and dessert will receive gourmet prize packs featuring items from Boska Holland.
