Highland Heights, KY – December 7, 2014 – Northern Kentucky University (NKU) is one of the fastest growing universities in Kentucky.  Its rapid growing student population of over 15,000 along with faculty staff of 2,000 have created a demand for new residential housing and commercial venues.  To meet this demand, NKU initiated a request for proposal process (RFP) to attract developers for the design and development of a 12-acre vacant property located at the gateway entrance of the university.  The project was awarded to Premier Franchise Partners (PFP) on June 2, 2014 for the "University Heights" development plan.  PFP was one applicant among several developers that submitted proposals, and the University Heights plan was noted by the university to be the most comprehensive, innovative, and financially feasible plan.  The university also noted to the qualifications of the development team, and characteristics of the proposed development described below.

Total funding for University Heights is $83MM.  Premier Franchise Partners is seeking to raise equity in the amount of $11MM by means of a private placement memorandum (PPM) that was registered with the SEC November 18, 2014 (accredited investors only).  PFP also seeks construction and permanent financing in the amount of $72MM to be secured by means of conventional lending.
