San Antonio CRE Veteran Re-elected to National Board of Directors for CCIM Institute

SAN ANTONIO - Dec. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- SAN ANTONIO/CHICAGO – Dec. 9, 2014 – Ernest L. Brown, IV, CCIM, a managing director in the San Antonio office of Kennedy Wilson’s Brokerage Group, a global real estate investment and services company, has been re-elected to the national board of directors of the CCIM Institute, an international real estate organization that serves 10,000 members located in the U.S. and 31 additional countries, for the 2015-2016 term.

Brown, who has been involved in CCIM for more than 20years, has served in both regional and national capacities at the Institute level including regional vice president, chairman of chapter activities as well as having served as a member of the San Antonio/South Texas chapter board of directors for more than seven years.

A 30-year industry veteran, Brown specializes in investment transaction, selling, leasing and managing properties for public, private and institutional investors.

Brown joins 15 other recently elected industry veterans on the board, which serves as the governing body for the Institute and convenes at the organization’s spring and fall business meetings.
