Cherokee Tree Care Opens for Business

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Dec. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- On September 11, 2014, Cherokee Tree Care opened for business, serving Springfield and the surrounding area. Cherokee Tree Care, owned and operated by local businessman and certified Arborist Tim Crews. Services include expert pruning and removals, a Plant Health Care Program, consisting of inspections, fertilization, and disease and insect control. Cherokee Tree Care likewise specializes in plants, shrubs, and planting trees for residential and commercial clients.

Crews has served the Springfield community for over thirty years. He entered the tree care industry in 1982, and co-founded T-N-T Tree Service in 1983, which was one of the first companies in the Springfield area to institute proper pruning standards in accordance with ANSI A300. In 1995, Crews became the sole owner of T-N-T, and expanded services, eventually becoming known as Springfield’s premier tree care company. Ryan Lawn and Tree bought T-N-T in 2003, and Crews remained as manager of the Springfield branch until 2013.

In 2014, Crews decided return to his roots as a business owner, and amicably parted ways with Ryan Lawn and Tree.
