Level Property Management Reflects on Decision to Hire Experienced Controller

LAS VEGAS - Dec. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- On February 18, 2014, Level Property Management hired Antonio Wilson to act as the company’s new controller. As a highly qualified and experienced Auditor and Controller in the field of HOA management, Wilson was a clear choice for the position. Now, nearly a year after he was initially hired, both Level Property Management and Wilson say they are extremely happy with their decision to work together.

Before joining Level Property Management, Wilson worked as a controller for another prominent property management firm in the Las Vegas area. He spent seven years with his prior company, giving him more experience than many others in the industry. Because of his extensive qualifications, Level Property Management was happy to hire Wilson to work in their accounting department.

Level Property Management says that they are extremely pleased with Wilson’s work so far.

Wilson says he primarily oversees the preparation of AP/AR/GL and financial statements for all of Level Property Management’s HOA clients.

“My job entails making sure we provide our clients, the boards of different homeowners associations, with good quality financial and accounting services,” said Wilson. “I also make sure we provide good services for homeowners by ensuring we have dependable records. These records are mostly financial statements of the HOA's and account histories of the homeowners.”

After nine months working for the company, Wilson says he is enjoying working for Level Property Management.

“I love the job thus far,” said Wilson. “It’s a great company to work for. The management team is fantastic, and the company emphasizes a good balance between work and family life.”
