Change the lives of disadvantaged children in Peru with Pix by Kids

Aiming to inspire marginalized children of indigenous regions of Cusco through an educational program based on the art of photography.

BARCELONA, Spain - Dec. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Pix by Kids (http://facebook.com/pixbykidz) is a new joint initiative supported by FundaciĆ³n HoPe (http://www.hopeperu.org/) and collaborating withPlan International (http://plan-international.org/), UNICEF (http://unicef.org/) and the Ministry of Education of Peru (http://www.minedu.gob.pe/). Its aim is to inspire marginalized children of indigenous regions of Cusco through an educational program based on the art of photography.

Youth participants in this project will be part of a photography course in which they are taught the basics of the discipline, and to offer a camera to discover a new world of opportunities.

The secondary school in Patacancha in Cusco (Peru) will be the center chosen for the program in which students learn to be free and explore their feelings through photography. With Pix by Kids (http://facebook.com/pixbykidz) children will enhance their imagination while increasing their confidence.

All profits from the initiative will go towards improving the quality of life of these children isolated from society. Each donation made through the crowdfunding platform, Indiegogo (http://igg.me/at/pixbykids), so small, is used to make the future of indigenous youth increasingly prosperous using the most effective tool possible education.

We need your help to make Pix by Kids (http://facebook.com/pixbykidz) reality. Come and learn our cause on the Pix by Kids website (http://pixbykids.org/).
