RE/MAX Dynamic to Host Inaugural Holiday Celebration in Tampa Dec. 7

TAMPA, Fla. - Dec. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- The Duncan Duo and RE/MAX Dynamic will host their inaugural holiday open house celebration on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The award-winning office, which is home to the top RE/MAX real estate team in Florida, recently moved to its new offices at 6320 S. Dale Mabry Hwy. in Tampa. The new location is an 8,000 square-foot office building located just a block from MacDill Air Force Base and the office assists numerous military personnel with their housing needs.

“We are a company who works with and supports the military,” said Andrew Duncan, CEO and owner of RE/MAX Dynamic. “Both my father and younger brother are disabled veterans so our new location is perfectly situated to help those in the military. It’s also part of why we selected Pearl Harbor Day for our grand opening and holiday event.”

The day will kick off with Andrew Duncan hosting his weekly real estate radio show on 970 WFLA live from RE/MAX Dynamic. Guests will also be treated to holiday refreshments and activities, celebrity guest appearances and community fund-raising for three local charities. Santa Claus will be making a special visit from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and complimentary, professional photos with Santa will be printed on site for families to take home. Local radio personalities Jack Harris of 970 WFLA, Dave McKay of the Dave and Veronica Show on 99.5 WQYK, and Ron Diaz of the Ron and Ian program on 620 WBAE, will also be stopping by The Duncan Duo’s office.

The holiday event is free and open to the public.  Extra parking will be available in the businesses adjacent to RE/MAX Dynamic. Donations will be accepted to the local, prominent charities of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, Metropolitan Ministries that assists the homeless, and Hands Across the Bay, a domestic violence non-profit.  The Duncan Duo plans to add funds to the donations and present checks to these organizations before year-end.

Past clients of The Duncan Duo will also be given free pies as a thank you. Along with holiday refreshments and music, a gourmet coffee bar will be available along with some great items up for auction and numerous giveaways. For those attendees who might be a little too old for a photo with Santa, there will be a fun holiday photo booth with festive costumes. In addition, a dunk tank will be set up in which people can donate funds to dunk Andrew or Angela Duncan and a few other surprise guests. Money collected from this will go toward the charities mentioned above.  Sponsors such as Atlantic Bay Mortgage, Hillsborough Title, SunTrust and Home Warranty of America are helping make this holiday community event possible.
