Dominion Investment Group Announces the Arlene & James Frye Education Foundation

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Dec. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Daryl Bank, managing partner of Dominion Investment Group, announced the formation of the Arlene & James Frye Education Foundation, a non-profit organization that will facilitate enhanced educational opportunities and support for Indian River High School and the Chesapeake Public School System.

Founder, James Frye, was educated in the Chesapeake public school system and since has made it his mission to fulfill the needs of the educational community that he has dedicated himself to.

Serving the Indian River Community for 27 years, Frye’s top priority is to encourage education. Leading the team, he will put into action fundraisers, community events and mentoring sessions to jumpstart the foundation’s plan to provide scholarships based off of charitable contributions.

The vision includes goals to develop many educational enrichment programs which will provide resources and advanced learning opportunities for students and staff, ensuring academic achievement.

The foundation’s purpose is to enhance the educational program of Indian River High School and the Chesapeake Public School System. In partnership with the community, the foundation intends to provide resources and enriched learning opportunities for students and staff to ensure academic achievement.

One of the many goals of this program will be to endorse confidence and preparedness to achieve academic success. Smaller contributions such as school supplies, college tours, youth conferences and field trips also fall into one of the many resources that the foundation hopes to provide.

The non-profit organization was incorporated through the commitment of Dominion Investment Group.

“Strengthening the community involvement and providing a framework to enhance the achievements of our children will ensure that they have every opportunity for success in and outside of the classroom,” said Co-Founder, Daryl G. Bank.
