Despite Fierce Competition, Online Language Learning Startup Ranks 3rd in the Nation

SHIBUYA, Japan - Dec. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Cafetalk.com, an online marketplace for lessons run by 4 year old Japanese startup Small Bridge Inc., received a happy surprise earlier this week when it found itself ranked as one of the top 3 online English schools in Japan. Oricon CS, a website that surveys customers and ranks Japanese businesses according to customer satisfaction, released the results for online English schools this Monday. Cafetalk placed in the top 3 in more than half of the categories, including a monumental 3rd place win in overall customer satisfaction. Cafetalk won a top 3 spot in the following 6 categories:

Oversall Satisfaction - 3rd Place

Curriculum - 2nd Place

Rate of English Acquisition - 2nd Place

Quality of Teachers - 2nd Place

Reliability of Internet Connection - 3rd Place

Customer Support - 3rd Place

These rankings have become a great source of motivation for Cafetalk to increase its presence both within Japan and internationally. Small Bridge Inc. plans to translate the website and provide support in even more languages in the future (currently it offers content and support in Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Italian).
