WEST CALDWELL, NJ – The NYSL Promotions team recently announced the firm’s expansion to a new office, and identified effective options for substantial business growth.
 
WEST CALDWELL, N.J. - Dec. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- “NYSL has been going through a lot of new and exciting changes,” said Joe, the firm’s director of operations. “We just moved offices from West Caldwell to Fairfield, to an office space that is at least twice the size!” He indicated that this new location reflects the impressive growth the organization has experienced. In turn, he is expanding his team to meet growing client demands.

Joe has already added two individuals to the team, Tina and Jaqui. “Even though they’re new additions, they’ve already really owned their responsibilities, set ambitious goals, and are actively working toward them,” he reported. “They are clearly leaders in the making.”

In addition to external hiring activities, Joe anticipates the likelihood of promotions within. There are now opportunities for more divisions and assistant managers. “Allison is our top assistant manager, and she may soon become full manager – but she’ll be operating out of the same office! Also, Anthony was recently promoted to assistant manager, and he is excelling in the role.”
