Specialist insurer shows caravan holiday popularity grows

SOUTHEND, U.K. - Dec. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- With research* revealing that caravanning is still a firm favourite with Brits (76% say they have stayed in, or plan to stay in, a caravan), insurance specialists Cover4Caravans.co.uk (http://www.cover4caravans.co.uk/) have published an infographic detailing caravanners’ holiday habits.

It shows a change in perceptions, as well as destinations, over the last 6 months, including:

the amount of caravanners going to Europe has tripled;
people are less concerned about a caravan being “too basic”;
the amount of people planning to take a caravan holiday in the UK has more than doubled.
