HOWELL, N.J. - Dec. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- CENTURY 21® Action Plus Realty is pleased to announce that Mark Sincavage has joined its firm as a REALTOR® Associate.  He will specialize in residential property sales in the Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey area.

Sincavage received his real estate license from the State of New Jersey in 2010 after completing extensive training through Mulroy School of Real Estate. Located in Freehold, NJ, this training facility provided the core real estate curriculum which included the law, methods of ownership, land rights, title insurance, listing property, fair housing, appraisal, zoning and other areas of general real estate practice.

In addition, Sincavage completed a 12-hour continuing education course on Real Estate Ethics, in November 2014.
