Paul Linehan Joins Gabriel Partners as General Counsel

CLEVELAND - Dec. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Gabriel Partners is pleased to announce Paul Linehan is now General Counsel and Department Chair of our Advisory Services practice.

Linehan is joining Gabriel Partners with 16 years of experience as a litigator and business restructuring attorney at McDonald Hopkins, advising clients in the areas of business disputes, complex chapter 11 proceedings, forbearance agreements, debt restructurings and evaluating and purchasing troubled companies.

Mr. Linehan earned his B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and then spent four years as an audit-side CPA at a big-four (then big-six) accounting firm before returning to law school at Case Western Reserve School of Law. While working at McDonald Hopkins, Linehan taught litigation skills courses for five years as an Adjunct Professor at Case Western Reserve School of Law.  He was named “Ohio Rising Star” by Law & Politics magazine in 2009 and has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by the same publication for multiple years.  Mr. Linehan also serves on the Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation Board.
