LAS VEGAS - Dec. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Las Vegas, NV -- On November 14, 2014, Level Property Management hired a new industry expert to act as a Provisional Community Manager. The employee, Leah Wickline, is a veteran of the real estate industry who has held a number of positions in the property management field. Wickline officially began her management duties on November 17 at Level Property Management’s Las Vegas office, which provides services to communities throughout Clark County.

Wickline began working in the real estate industry in 2001, when she was hired as a receptionist for Remax Plaza. After hopping from one position to the next, she eventually found a position in the property management field, at which point she says she truly fell in love with the real estate business. For the next several years, she drafted and explained both tenant and property management contracts to people on both sides of the property management industry, eventually becoming an administrator. After four years at this level, wearing a number of different hats, Wickline was hired by Level Property Management.

While her time at the company has just started, Wickline reports that her experience has already been extremely positive.

"So far, I love working at Level Property,” Wickline says. “They're very customer-oriented and genuinely friendly people with a real goal of keeping their clients happy, and I really appreciate that.”

As a provisional community manager, Wickline is currently handling four properties as she works to advance her already extensive knowledge of the property management industry. Those new to the trade are required to complete a six week training course to receive their real estate license, pass a state licensing exam, and complete 3,000+ hours of field work over the course of two years before they can move beyond provisional status. Wickline is also in the process of earning her CMCA designation, another professional credential for property management employees.

Wickline feels confident that her experience will be helpful to Level Property Management, a mixed portfolio management company that focuses on landscapes, condominiums, townhomes, single family homes and more.

“I believe I have a strong background,” says Wickline. “I've dealt with a lot of difficult situations, so I believe my experiences will only help the company and the community. I am also just fascinated by the intricacies of the real estate industry. Many people might not know this, but all aspects of the industry work together to create a functional, important part of our culture today. With my background, I understand the owner's needs and the tenant's.”

Wickline also hopes that Level Property Management’s clients will see the advantages of her skills and experience.

“I'm hoping that the communities are more than satisfied with my experience, and in turn will spread the word that Level Property Management is a great company. Hopefully, our collaborative work ethic will bring additional communities to Level Property Management.”
