Shauna Lynn Simon, local home stager is honoured with three prestigious industry awards

KITCHENER/WATERLOO, Ontario - Dec. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Kitchener entrepreneur, Shauna Lynn Simon, owner of Beyond The Stage Homes and member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), has received the honour of RESA Top 10 Home Stager of the Year Vacant Category Canada™ 2015, RESA Top 10 Redesigner of the Year™ 2015, and Top 10 Home Staging Team of the Year™. In 2014, Simon received RESA’s Top 10 Best Redesigns of North America. RESA is the trade association for professional real estate stagers and redesigners. The winners of both awards will be announced January 15, 2015 in Las Vegas at the annual RESA® Home Staging Convention.

Shauna Lynn Simon founded Beyond The Stage Homes in 2008. They offer a variety of services to Waterloo Region, including home staging, decorating, and design. With the largest home staging inventory locally, they specialize in staging vacant properties, and they have provided high-quality designs for some of the most luxurious homes in the region. Beyond The Stage Homes consists of three professional stagers on staff, including Jennifer Roth (formerly of Home Selling Edge).
