"Hourglass" in time with the 2014 Holiday Season

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - Nov. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- 'Hourglass' new single and  music video is set to a dreamy, neo trance like soundtrack. The lyrics tell the story of the longings for the connections in our lives.

When JazzElle started writing the "Hourglass" lyrics, her words were motivated from a failed relationship. Then came the opportunity to produce the “Hourglass” music video.

During the production process of the film, the theme changed to finding herself in her own hourglass of life, and loving herself in all stages of it. From finding photos of herself as a little flower girl to insert into the video, to the scene of seeing herself as a mature adult, she now reveals she accepts all of herself.

JazzElle’s mother passed away during the final stages of editing her “Hourglass” video. A photo is included in the middle of the video of her mother when she was a teenager. It is a surreal photo of her mother looking at herself in a mirror. JazzElle shares, “I had miraculous moments being with my Mom during her last breaths. It was a privilege being with her as all the sands completed flowing through her hourglass. JazzElle is dedicating her new single and music video “Hourglass” to her mother.

“Hourglass” lyrics go in part, “Consciously we are aware, giving out our love and vibes all throughout the air. Consciously you’re here with me, from the past, in the present, future holds us to the test.”

“Hourglass” single and music video is officially released Thanksgiving Weekend 2014.
