A Better World launches donation match program in support of #GivingTuesday

CEO and COO will match pledges to Indiegogo campaign for kid-friendly mobile game
 
WAYNE, Pa. - Dec. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- As part of the Indiegogo campaign to fund A Better World for Kids, A Better World's CEO and COO, Raymond and MarySue Hansell, are launching the MeeMee and Peeps Match in support of #GivingTuesday.

They have promised to personally make a donation to children's charities for every contribution made to the A Better World for Kids campaign on Indiegogo. For every contribution made to A Better World for Kids, Ray and MarySue will donate a 10% match of the amount pledged to children’s charities, regardless of whether the campaign meets its goal and is fully funded, up to $10,000.

In the spirit of the season of giving, half of the donations will go to Convoy of Hope, a non-profit organization whose goal is to bring help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry, and hurting. Our match will support their feedONE initative that feeds children in Tanzania, South Africa, Philippines, Nicaragua, Honduras, Kenya, Haiti, Guatemala, Ethiopia, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic. FeedONE has fed and cared for over 126,000 children in 11 countries.

Other donations will go to Operation Warm, a non-profit that brings happiness and warmth to children in need by providing them with brand new winter coats. To date, Operation Warm has given new winter coats to over 1.4 million children throughout America. Our match will provide new coats for kids in need and keep them warm this winter.
