IEX wins the Enertia Award 2014 for ‘Best Power Exchange in India’

Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) has won the prestigious “Best Power Exchange in India” award at the 8th ENERTIA Awards 2014, at a ceremony held on 27 November, 2014 in New Delhi. IEX has won this award for the third successive year in a row.

Accepting the award from Smt. Darshana Vikram Jardosh, Honorable Member of the Indian Parliament and other eminent dignitaries on the dais, Mr.Rajesh K Mediratta, Director-Business Development, said, “We are absolutely delighted to receive the Award and are grateful to ENERTIA for recognising our achievements. IEX would like to dedicate this Award to our 4000+ participants comprising our members, traders, corporates, industries, generation and distribution companies spanning across 29 States and 5 Union Territories as without their support we wouldn’t have been here today. Going forward, we aspire to strengthen and grow the power market further and expand it beyond the Indian borders to also include the countries neighbouring India”.
