First Class Tailored Solutions remove the admin burden of lone worker monitoring with StaySafe app

The app, which tracks an employee’s location via GPS and alerts their manager if they do not check-in within a specified time, will be used to ensure that First Class Tailored Solutions tutors are safe when working alone.

Prior to signing with StaySafe, First Class were manually administrating a system where tutors would text their employer when they arrived safely at a venue. Tutor location, session times and texts had to be kept track of manually, which was taking up a huge amount of internal resource to administer. As a result First Class decided to look for a more sophisticated solution that would be easier to manage and offer greater flexibility.  After a review of the market they selected StaySafe.

The StaySafe app, which is compatible with both android and iPhone, enables First Class to keep track of their employees using the StaySafe online Hub. The Hub accurately locates workers on a map and provides real-time updates on their location. If an employee activates the app’s panic button or fails to check in, alerts are instantly visible in the StaySafe Hub and are backed up with automatic notifications via text and email. As well as a panic button facility, the StaySafe app also has additional features such as GPS tracking, a low battery alert and duress pin.
