Betts Truck Parts & Service Makes Drivetrain Expert Available to Customers through Branch Network

Nov. 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Betts Truck Parts & Service announced today the availability of advanced drivetrain product support through its drivetrain product manager, Shawn Mahoney.

Mahoney is available to support all eight Betts Truck Parts & Service locations in Arizona, California, and Oregon. He helps customers with training in the field and with telephone technical support. Mahoney has also provided extensive training to Betts Truck Parts and Service sales and service teams, extending local expertise throughout the branch network.

Mahoney’s drivetrain expertise was forged during the 11 years he spent at Eaton Corporation. From 2001 to 2006, Mahoney was the training manager for the company responsible for managing and delivering training in 10 Western U.S. states.

In addition to his expertise in drivetrain products, Mahoney has experience with fleet software systems. He held the title of sales manager at both Cetaris and TMW Systems.
