The local real estate market continues to show strong sales with Jupiter condo sales stronger than single family home sales. The median price for condos continue to rise at near double digits while single family home prices are rising at  a smaller amount.  With the rapid rise in home and condo prices we are starting to see a slowing price appreciation. The median prices of condos are still way below single family homes so we should continue to see those rise.

The oceanfront condo market here in Jupiter has slim pickings as inventory levels continue to fall and the best condos are not coming to market or the prices are very high vs the last sales we have seen. We are soon approaching a neutral real estate market with  a 6 month inventory level.
